Server Boosts

・Disable any anti-raid or security bots before ordering. Active security systems may prevent your boosts from being delivered.
・Provide a valid permanent Discord invite link. Apply to join, temporary, expired, or invalid invite links are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
・Invite links that require verification, accepting rules, role selection, or any other popup before joining are considered invalid.
・If your boosts expire before the minimum active period, we'll investigate and provide one replacement if eligible. Replacements may take up to 24 hours depending on stock.
・Replacements are only provided for the same server the original order was placed for.
・Failure to follow the terms above will void any refund or replacement eligibility.

Nitro Gift Link (No Warranty)

・ Auto-claims are not covered under warranty. If you believe the issue was caused by us, you must provide a continuous screen recording from the moment of purchase until the gift link is delivered.
・ Our gift links are securely stored before delivery and are never exposed beforehand.
・ Most (No warranty) Nitro gift links remain active for the full 30-day subscription period.
・ Revokes are not covered under warranty. If Discord revokes your Nitro after redemption, we cannot provide a replacement unless the product specifically includes a replacement warranty.
・ Do not stack more than 2 Nitro credits on the same Discord account.
Products sold without a warranty are generally not eligible for replacements. However, if your gift link is delivered already revoked or invalid, a replacement may be considered. You must provide a continuous screen recording from the moment of purchase through delivery showing the issue. Without this, replacements cannot be issued.

Nitro Gift Link (28-Day Warranty)

・ This product includes a 28-Day Replacement Warranty. If your Nitro is revoked by Discord within 28 days of redemption, we'll investigate and provide a replacement if your order qualifies.
・ The warranty applies only to the Discord account provided during checkout. If an incorrect username is entered, Mirai is not responsible for warranty claims on a different account.
・ Do not share your gift link publicly, including Discord servers, group chats, or bots. Gift links claimed due to customer error, account compromise, or public sharing are not covered.
・ Video proof is required for any claim involving an invalid, already claimed, or auto-claimed gift link.

Spotify Lifetime Key

We do not offer warranty in the following cases:
・ If you lose access to your account (email and password).
・ If you lose your Key.
・ The service is lifetime — meaning it lasts as long as the main platform operates. As of now, it's been running for 5 years.
・ If the main platform shuts down, we are not responsible, as we are only resellers.

・ All our keys are double-checked before being added to our site stock.
Replacement is only possible if you provide a screen recording from the very beginning, starting when the invoice is loading, and showing the key being checked on the site using the [Key Check] button. (This process takes around 1 minute.)
