Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Mirai. Due to the nature of digital products, most purchases are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once received. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

❌ Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds once delivered:

・ Successfully delivered Discord Nitro gift links
・ Successfully delivered Server Boosts
・ Delivered Aged Discord Accounts
・ Delivered Spotify Keys
・ Any other digital product that has been successfully delivered

✅ Refunds May Be Granted If

A refund may be considered if:

・ Your order cannot be delivered by Mirai.
・ You were charged multiple times for the same order.
・ We are unable to provide a replacement covered under an active warranty.

🔄 Replacements Before Refunds

Whenever possible, Mirai will provide a replacement instead of a refund for products covered under a replacement warranty.

If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

⚠️ Refunds Will Not Be Issued If

Refund requests will be denied if:

・ You change your mind after purchasing.
・ You purchase the wrong product.
・ You fail to read the product description or Terms of Service before purchasing.
・ Your Discord server or account does not meet the product requirements.
・ Your gift link is redeemed by someone else due to customer error or public sharing.
・ You violate the Terms of Service.
・ You refuse to provide any required evidence for a warranty or delivery claim.

🎥 Required Evidence

Some claims require proof before they can be investigated.

When requested, customers must provide:

・ A continuous screen recording from the moment of purchase through delivery.
・ Any additional information reasonably required to investigate the claim.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.

💳 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened before contacting Mirai Support:

・ Warranty services may be suspended while the dispute is active.
・ We reserve the right to provide payment processors with delivery records, order information, and communication history as evidence.
・ Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of future service.

If you experience an issue, please contact our support team first. Most problems can be resolved much faster than a payment dispute.
